Wheel Loaders
Consider renting or leasing a wheel loader rather than purchasing a new one.
Wheel loaders provide high productivity and relatively low operating costs. Wheel loaders tackle tough tasks such as pushing and loading rock, gravel and timber. Some loaders are tracked and not wheeled. Tracked loaders offer more traction but are not as manuverable and cannot be easily used on paved roads.
Wheel loaders are wheeled tractors that have a loading shovel attached. The loader can be a permanent attachment or a removable attachment. Loaders are used for loading materials (dirt, garbage, debris, gravel, sand) into trucks. A wheel loader can dig but it is not the most efficient machine for digging because it cannot dig very deep below the level of its wheels like a backhoe can. When shopping for a wheel loader, remember that you can often find attractive lease or rental options that will save you over the cost of purchasing a new or used wheel loader.
